The Red River is now below moderate flood stage.

I can't remember when the river stayed this high for this long. It is now below the moderate flood stage. The Greenway is now open, but sections of the bike path are still underwater. I would not recommend stepping to far off of the paved trails. I will be taking the flood links off pretty soon.

As you can see below the bike path is still covered by water in some areas.

Go fly a kite.

I enjoy kite flying, so I dug one out and got the boys to fly it over Easter Break.

Up North

Headed up north to Jo's folks on Saturday afternoon. Got there just in time for Jo to cook up some steaks and Potatoes. Nothing is better than steaks on the grill.

Flame Broiled anyone?

Head Chef.

The taste testers!

Easter 2009

We spent Easter up north with Jo's family.

Reese and Hayden coloring eggs.

Hayden and Reese wanted to have a outdoor egg hunt so I hide some for them to find.

Can you spot the egg?

Found it!!!

There's one!

The River is still going down!

Paid a visit to the County Parking ramp to check out the river. It's still going down. Can't wait for things to green up.
