UFO over Langdon!

I took Jo's nephews over to the city park when we were up in Langdon on Sunday. I heard a noise and looked up in the sky and saw a UFO. It was about 200-300 feet in the air and was flapping around like a giant bat. I clicked off a quick photo and turned on the cameras video.

This is the video. Instead of running away in fear every kid in the park ran right towards the UFO and were ready to take on the Aliens.




It ended up being identified as a IFT (identified flying tarp). I think it came from about 6 blocks away. It was not windy out, but it managed to get several hundred feet into the air.

After about 10 minutes the owner of the tarp drove up and reclaimed the tarp. She said it had sat in the yard all winter and she just put it on the driveway to clean it up. She went inside and the tarp just disappeared. Jo was at her folks and said that they saw it flying over some houses and were wondering what it was.
