Dresden ND

Last Sunday we went to the Cavalier County Museum in Dresden for the annual fundraiser breakfast. We had french toast, pancakes and the world famous Langdon Locker sausage.
Took a tour of some of the buildings.

The old Peterson Cabin.

The old cook wagon.

Real old iron.

The School House.

If you notice this banner does not say "under God". The "under God" part was added in 1954. It also only has 48 stars.

Africa looks a little bit different today. Remember the Belgian Congo or French West Africa?

I sure love old books!

They have a caboose on display.

The old ones used be open to the tracks below.

It would have been fun to ride up here.

The old Catholic Church.

Some nice stone work.

The inside is part of the Museum. I could wonder about here for hours, but we had to leave.

On the road again.
